Shipping costs vary with the service used and the speed of delivery. We offer the US postal service (USPS), various FedEx services, and truck freight for larger orders. Our shopping cart will give you real time shipping prices (except truck freight, contact us for this) to help you pick the service that best fits your needs. If you are sending to a military address (APO/FPO) USPS is what you want to use. Sorry, we do NOT ship COD.

Customer Support

Transit times are mainly dictated by the shipping method and delivery service that you choose. If you choose an expedited service it is usually delivered by the times that the carrier claims on their website. If you choose standard ground shipping, above is the Typical Transit Time map for FedEx from our factory in Ohio.

Shipping and Returns

It usually takes 1-2 days after the day an order is placed and paid for to process and ship it. We process all expedited orders first and then the standard shipping orders. For example, if you place an order and pick expedited shipping (next day air, second day air, etc.) we process those orders first, and then process the standard shipping orders.

Credit card orders that are received by 5 pm EST and are in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that are paid by check will be shipped after the check has been processed by the bank (usually 7-14 days after receipt).

Don't forget that some holidays are more than a one day delay in processing and shipping. For example, Thanksgiving (Thanksgiving Day and the day after), Christmas (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), New Years (New Years Eve and New Years Day), etc. Once your package is shipped it is out of our control. As such, we do not guarantee delivery dates or issue credit for late deliveries. We also do not accept orders and hold them for shipping at a later date. If you absolutely need your order by a certain date, please place it a few days earlier than you need it to guarantee an early delivery.

If parcels are damaged upon arrival, please note this with the delivery service at the time of delivery or file a claim if you are not present at the time of delivery.

If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

Refusal of Packages

Since we destroy all returns (for safety reasons), we will only accept returns and reship the correct item(s) or issue credit if we made a mistake with the contents of your order, and only for the incorrect item(s). So please double-check your order to make sure it is what you want before you submit it for check out.

email us within 15 days of delivery and tell us what's wrong and if you want the item(s) replaced or a refund. We'll issue a RMA number (Return Material Authorization), please write this on the invoice and the outside of the package. When we receive your return we'll either send the correct item(s) or issue a refund, as you requested.
